The Healthcare and Education pages are looking especially disturbing. House GOP’s 1,112-page budget: 23 notes for hospital leaders https://t.co/FEJiMV6HZp

@mattmfm Waiting patiently for people to understand America has been outsourcing manufacturing, importing goods, products, and services for over 50 years. My perspective people are about to see COVID pandemic conditions, 2008-2009 markets, and 1930s Depression due to cost these tariffs.
It’s deep and we should all be outraged. What are you still eating that’s harming you? Why is the US so slow supplying real food? What fast food restaurants, and grocery stores are you buying from? Maybe you really don’t know what you are eating yet?

🚨 President Trump on Birthright Citizenship:
“Birthright citizenship...was meant for the children of slaves. This was not meant for the whole world to come in & pile into the United States."
“Harvard University has laid off the staff of its Harvard Slavery Remembrance Program, the unit of its $100 million Harvard & the Legacy of Slavery initiative tasked with identifying the direct descendants of those enslaved by Harvard affiliates.”

This country really does not grasp Black politics and largely places it in the corner politically. When Harvard actually retracted a paper for “editorial failure” that attacked grassroots Black politics via #ados, myself, and @BreakingBrown we got 21k views. But @DallasDuncanMD post on a cancelled Gaza class there’s around 300k views showing interest.

Empathy for those affected by fires should extend to those facing struggles of homelessness, high rent for meager housing, student debt, food insecurity, financial strain by tax paying citizens, foster care challenges, etc. These ongoing issues affect the majority. #LAfires #2025
These fires need to be brought under control immediately. The last thing we need is widespread evacuations disrupting Downtown Los Angeles, with people overwhelming the city, and not contributing to the community through taxes. Take action and resolve this. #LAFires #2025
Life is still going to go on. Support your local community, council members, mayors, go volunteer, go to the town hall meetings, complain, be the change, and do work. No one is about to come save the community you live in. May the odds infinitely be in our favor.
@Soto4NY Weather reports stated it was going to rain in Los Angeles, CA over a week ago. In my experience, if it is raining in LA, it is a worse on the east coast; torrential rain, a storm, etc. usually resulting in flooding, hazards & damages….I would not dare go outside over there.
