A lot of eyeballs in Tennessee legislature are on HB390/SB191 - which could become a vehicle for school vouchers, skipping Finance Committee. The budget bill, on the House floor at 4 pm, has funding for vouchers. A GOP leader assured me recently that the bill would NOT be used for vouchers, but things can change. Next step will be watching House Calendar and Rules, which meets sometime today. HB390 needs a vote there to move to the House floor. https://t.co/SoFEcJQQGG
