@AmericanAir I have not had a flight in over two years that you guys haven’t screwed up in someway or another. I have been booked, canceled, delayed, rebooked, and more about half a dozen times today. I’m honestly not sure when I show up to the airport if I’m going to have a seat

@BobCumbersome @AmericanAir They eventually refunded my canceled flight that I booked at a reasonable price months prior, but that didn't help me when I had to drop $1k on a last minute United flight to get me where I needed to be. Having status with AA is like being first in line for your worst nightmare.
