I have a great deal of evidence related to the rape (with a paint brush handle) and murder of JonBenet. It was given to me to consult and write a mock probable cause affidavit pertaining to another person the client believed could be responsible. I could not take the job because the evidence, IMV, did not indicate the individual they thought was responsible was responsible. I never disclose clients.
As a side note, here are the panties Jon Benet was found in. They were not hers but had been purchased for a relative. They were not her size.
JonBenet purportedly loved her pink pajama nightgown with Barbie on it. It was found next to her in the basement.
Likely, there will never be enough evidence to charge anyone. The scene and JonBenet were tainted. Police didn't find JonBenet, despite their searches. They didn't find her because they did a pathetic search. The Ramsey house was a large, multimillion dollar mansion and was a labyrinth. JonBenet was found by her father, John Ramsey, at 1:05 PM on 12/26, in an obscure basement room after the police had been on scene and house guests were there. She was in fill rigor. I always found it interesting that the Ramseys said they searched for her, but didn't find her in their first search before police arrived...
Per Law enforcement:
"The assertion that there is viable evidence and leads we are not pursuing—to include DNA testing—is completely false.
Additionally, it was the Boulder Police Department—not the Colorado Bureau of Investigation—who convened the Cold Case Review Panel as part of its investigation efforts."

It's the outcome most of us suspected, but that doesn't make it any easier to accept. A father, a son, a brother is gone and the hole cannot be filled.
