I see the book connecting first with people who have already started questioning things. At the same time, I’ve written it in a way that I hope will resonate across different groups, especially younger readers who need an honest, adult voice without being preached to.

You’re right — the book explores that tension between fitting in and staying authentic.
What I love about it is that it combines the theoretical with the very practical: deep reflections, honest stories, and tools like reflection questions and the Tree of Values exercise. That makes it useful for many different people — from those who are just starting to question things, to younger readers who need a mature, straight-talking voice in their lives.
So yes, I see it as both broad and targeted at the same time.
