@NETAPORTER very dissatisfied w/service on order# 24783914. My 2 mth old Gianvitto Rossi shoes are falling apart and the only offer i get is a repair because the shoe is worn. Of course they're worn! I didn't realize wearing my nice shoes was a no-no.
