Staff Sergeant Michael Swinton
30 years old. Fort Bragg. Killed in Iraq on July 19 while neutralizing a downed drone.
His remains came home to Fort Bragg, NC, Monday under a water cannon salute, then rode in procession to Hope Mills.
A grateful nation thanks you for your sacrifice 🙏🇺🇸
In depressive states, people often become so numb that even basic self-care and any interest in their appearance disappears.
I’ve never said this publicly but at my lowest, I didn’t wash or properly brush my hair for 6 weeks. It became so severely matted that it took 8 hours in a salon to untangle and I came very close to having it all shaved off.
That is the state I was in.
So I cannot stress this enough: when you are that low, before you attempt to fix your life, force yourself to perform the smallest ritual of being human.
First thing in the morning, even if you do absolutely nothing else that day: take a bath or shower. Wash and comb your hair. Put on clean clothes. Add a little make up if that helps you recognise yourself again.
It sounds insultingly simple. To someone in that state, it can feel almost impossible.
Do it anyway.
You have no idea how one small act of care can alter the trajectory of the entire day and often times the week, the month or the whole course of your recovery.
Very often healing begins with proving to your body that you have not abandoned her.
Americans aren't eating enough seafood—even though it's one of the healthiest and most affordable proteins available.
In the first episode of #TheRealFoodShow, @ChefGruel and I discuss why it's time to bring more seafood to the dinner table.

Operation Lazarus 💥
In 1965, DARPA tested a precise electromagnetic frequency window (between 7.83 Hz and 14.1 Hz) on 214 catastrophically injured soldiers.
There are claims 94% of them experienced total tissue, bone, and nerve regeneration within 48 hours, and that the tech was suppressed to protect pharmaceutical profits.
Specific healing tasks were assigned to certain frequencies, such as 7.83 Hz (Schumann Resonance) for stem cell activation and 14.1 Hz for nerve repair.
DNA operates as a "fractal antenna" to receive these signals.
I cleaned YEARS of microplastics, PFAS,and other toxins from my blood…
According to a study published today (10.61373/bh026a.0024), Double Filtration Plasmapheresis, also known as Inuspheresis, can remove a substantial amount of microplastics (+ nanoplastics) and PFAS (forever chemicals) from the blood.
These are both notoriously difficult to remove from the body. Few other therapies have been shown to be this effective.
Here’s how it works: Inuspheresis separates your blood into plasma and RBC fractions and then filters the plasma through a very fine filter before returning it to your body with your RBCs. This filter is then washed and the toxins collected in an eluate (pictured here) which can be analyzed for toxins.
This is different from TPE (therapeutic plasma exchange) which removes 70% of your plasma and replaces it with purified albumin only. This removes everything from your plasma, both good and bad. This puts significant stress on your body to replenish the good things it lost (immunoglobulins, clotting factors, SHBG, hormones, etc.).
Both are intriguing therapies and Insuspheresis is particularly interesting because it saves more of the good stuff from your plasma that are lost with TPE but gets rid of the bad stuff.
What bad stuff?
What I found in my eluate blew my mind:
>p,p DDE (breakdown product of DDT) 1220 ng/L (very high). A pesticide linked to hormone disruption, sperm damage, and cancer risk. Found in insecticides and food sprayed with them.
>gamma hexachlorocyclohexane (lindane) 202 ng/L. Another pesticide linked to hormone disruption, sperm damage, immunotoxicity. From pesticide residues in food or drinking water.
>Dichloromethane 9417 ng/L. Linked to liver toxicity, headaches, and cancer. From adhesives, paints, varnishes, and plastic industry.
>Trimethylbenzene 2960 ng/L. Linked to liver, kidney, thyroid, and immune damage.
>Benzene 446 ng/L. From fuels, exhaust, solvents. Linked to blood cancers (AML), immune suppression, and fatigue.
>Xylene 163 ng/L. From fuels and exhaust gases. Linked to headaches, fatigue, liver/kidney damage, and reproductive harm.
>Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs 138, 153, 180) PCB 180 57 ng/L. From plastics, electrical appliances, farm-raised fish. Linked to lower testosterone, thyroid disruption, immune suppression, and lymphoma.
And now this new study suggests I also removed a large amount of microplastics and PFAS from my blood, as well.
The study was small, but showed up to 75% reduction in PFAS and 70% in microplastics in the cohort along with reductions in inflammatory markers like CRP and fibrinogen (18 patients for PFAS, 6 for microplastics, 34 for inflammatory markers). These toxins piggyback on lipoproteins, which are removed as part of the apheresis protocol.
When I posted about this procedure last year many people commented that these claims were bogus, and that the kidneys do the work of filtering your plasma many times over on a daily basis.
While the kidneys do filter the plasma throughout the day, they are not adept at removing the lipid soluble toxins that adhere to lipoproteins in the same way that Inuspheresis (or TPE) can. There's a big difference in filtering power here.
Inuspheresis is not cheap (around $7000 for two sessions, price will decline with more availability in the future) but it appears to be very effective for removing toxins in a unique way from the human body.
After I had the procedure (I did two sessions last summer in Spain) I was tired for a few days but overall felt great and have felt good since. I will post my most recent set of labs separately in the future, but all biomarkers look very good without any hormone replacement (T is 775ng/dl, fasting insulin 2.5, thyroid labs pristine, ferritin 100ng/ml etc.) I am planning to repeat the procedure this summer and will share updated results.
Inuspheresis is not available in the US currently, but has been used in Europe since 2008 and over 70,000 treatments have been done. Props to the folks at https://t.co/bO5AJINIkV who are working on bringing this to the US in the very near future.
We live in a toxic world. I try my best to avoid forever chemicals, microplastics, and pesticides but it's impossible to be perfect.
I'm super excited about procedures like this which may help change the trajectory of human health in our increasingly polluted world.
(h/t to @mikeroplastics for background info this is and previous posts on Inuspheresis)
Fauci & co at the NIH knowingly “put out a killer drug” during the HIV crisis. That drug was AZT which mimicked the progression of Aids so family members thought the disease was killing their loved ones when it was really the drug. Sound familiar? It should. The AZT of Covid was Remdesevir which also killed people while family members thought they were dying from Covid.
Michigan resident is horrified at what he just witnessed in his home city when Muslims attacked Jake Lang
“So in my great state of Michigan, they had a 50,000-person march for Islam. 3 Christian men were holding signs and were stoned and beat on national television. What is happening? Is the holy war here?”
What’s happening is we are in the middle of the Islamic takeover of America and nobody is doing anything about it
We need mass deportations before it’s too late
We all just witnessed what happened with Jake Lang
RFK Jr. says service members LOVE the new Real Food being served in military dining halls.
“I was at the Stackhouse Bistro…. They were getting about 300-400 soldiers in there a day.”
“Two-thirds of the food was being thrown out.”
“Now they’re getting 4,000-5,000 soldiers in there every day.”
“None of the food is thrown out.”
“Robert Irvine is a genius.”
“He’s got all of those skills that we need to transform our military food program and make it align with the new food pyramid.”

A scientist in Japan demonstrated that the air inside a forest strengthens your immune system for a full month
The study is incredibly fascinating:
Qing Li, an immunologist at Nippon Medical School in Tokyo, took 12 men on a 3-day forest trip. These were slow walks with no breathing exercises and no set route.
Then he tested their blood and found a surge in natural killer cells -- the immune cells your body uses to fight cancer and virus-infected cells.
Remarkably, the effect didn't fade when they went home, it was still measurable 30 days later.
A control group that walked the same distance through a city showed no change at all.
Pine, cedar, and cypress trees release compounds called phytoncides to defend themselves from insects and bacteria. You breathe them in, and Li believes they switch your immune cells into high gear.
He estimates one forest walk a month may be enough to keep those cells elevated all year.
The best medicine might not even need a prescription -- just a walk among the trees.

They say that in Morocco, there is no schools they can attend and no food or money
This is very interesting because America gives Morocco $75 Milllion+ PER YEAR in financial aid…. Where does the money go??
Money given to Morocco by America
2024 $76 million
2025 $38 million
2023 $48 million
2022: $75 million
In the last 10 years over $1.5 billion has been given in aid from our tax money

GOOD MORNING ISLAMIZED TEXAS
YOUR STREETS WERE SEIZED AGAIN - THIS TIME IN BROAD DAYLIGHT
The Ummah has ONCE AGAIN planted themselves dead in the middle of Houston’s roads, blocked traffic, and forced every Texan driving past to sit and watch the show.
Chest-beating. Self-flagellation. Screaming in a foreign language at the top of their lungs while black flags whipped in the wind.
A deliberate display of force.
A message: We own this space now. You will stop. You will watch....
This is the new Texas they are building in real time.
Mosque after mosque rising across the skyline, yet still not enough. They need the cameras. They need the footage. They need the world to see the conquering live-streamed from American asphalt.
"I think I am hypothyroid, but how do I know if tests aren't reliable?"
"Which supplement should I take?"
"How much thyroid hormone do I need?"
I get these and similar questions every day. They are reasonable questions without simple answers.
Here’s why.
Republicans paid $40 MILLION of your tax dollars to Morocco to invade Spain.
And then they all pretended like borders matter and clutched their pearls like invasions are offensive.
R’s and D’s are the same and the Uniparty has put us in $40 T in debt and Americans LAST.
Chopped or sliced carrots are almost completely useless
Ray Peat carrot salad is shredded into long ribbons for a reason
Those long fibres act like a gentle broom that binds endotoxin + estrogen and carries them out instead of letting them get reabsorbed
One raw salad (done properly) a day is still one of the simplest, cheapest gut/hormone tools out there 🥕
