Checked bags can only be collected tomorrow at 12:30pm. Or there’s some elaborate claim process to get it delivered

@airindiain been stuck at ORD in AI126 since 12:30. Onboard since 11:45. Is this flight ever going to take off?? Thanks to this I will have to miss my 4:10 flight AI 537 from DEL to MAA. The least you could do is bump me up to first class.

Update: Still at the gate more than 5 hours after the flight was supposed to take off (3 hours after deplaning). No help or updates from the staff. Absolutely pathetic service. There’s no way I’ll make it to my 4:10pm connection in Delhi.
