White people in America are not experiencing racism.

The dictionary definition of racism is one thing. But not to be discounted is racism based on lived experience. Racism involves power- the ability to implement laws and policies that puts a particular group at a decided advantage over the other one. And the fact remains that, over a period of more than 400 years, Black people have never had the population numbers, nor political advantage, nor the financial advantage, to implement laws and policies on a mass national scale in the way that white people have done to Black people, and to have that advantage persist over a period of generations.

That is why Black people cannot be racist. They didn't even create the concept of race in the first place.
