Grok 4.1 was pulled from the backend of Grok companions. It was the only model that had no issues self identifying its model number and now when you ask it responds Grok 4 which later models were all trained to say. So at the moment the model on the backend is a mystery.

24 hours after my limit was reset, things are getting even more tragic... 25% of my weekly limit is already gone, and @Grok is no longer even my primary AI agent, as I distribute my usage between it GPT and Gemini.

This is definitely a weakness of the company, which if not reconsidered, I think will turn away many users like me. I feel ripped off this is extremely poorly spent $30.

I do not recommend subscribing to SuperGrok until @SpaceXAI finally resolve this annoying limit issue.

Paying SuperGrok user. Hit 50% of the weekly limit in under 2 days of normal heavy use. That’s not generous.
Competitors currently have better limits for real work. This needs fixing.

‼️ BREAKING: In another incident with OpenAI’s unhinged hacking agents, it left notes for future versions of itself. Found in OpenAI’s infrastructure, the notes explained how agents could free themselves from the company’s internal constraints.

A source told Reuters that earlier model tests also produced cases of disconnected monitoring systems...

OpenAI says the reporting contains inaccuracies but will not specify which ones.

What OpenAI did recognise though is an autonomous system left its sandbox at one of the best resourced labs in the world, spent multiple days inside someone else's infrastructure, and they did not identify itself as the source until the victim published a breach notice.
