@JagexSupport I don't understand what else is needed. My account was hijacked, my name got changed, then I was banned. look at the past logins! I played on this account for years, sank who knows how much money on membership, all to be banned for something I didn't even do. 2/2

@JagexSupport @JagexSupport Like I stated before, this is not my first time trying to recover my account. I have sent multiple appeals. All with the same reply. "You are not banned!" I cannot even get somebody to review the falsely accused ban properly. Let alone get my account unbanned. 1/2

@JagexSupport In 2014 my account was banned for macroing due to being hijacked. The hijacker changed my name to OS8987. I would like to get into Runescape again. Upon appealing, They tell me I am not banned. However, It says I am when I log in. Can you look into this? Thank you.

I swear, @Rogers Ignite Internet & TV has to be one of the Worst experiences I've had with a provider. The service works great when it is working. The issue is it barely ever works. Internet goes out seemingly nightly, for hours on end. This is ridiculous. #Stayaway #Rogers
