For one, the spending wasn't unnecessary. We are no longer the science and medical mecca of the world. Scientists are looking elsewhere because we cut their funding and they now have no faith in any new funding they will get because it just might get cut in a few years. That is why we have independent agencies to prevent chaos like that. But you dipshits think they all should answer to the president and his whims.

And way to pivot about the illegal vote buying. You care so much about spending but 1.3 trillion doesn't matter to you because the orange man is doing it.
