⚡ The UN has blacklisted Russian forces for the first time after verifying 310 cases of conflict-related sexual violence against Ukrainian prisoners of war and civilians.

‼️ Please do NOT look away!
Watch the video! Feel what people just like you felt at the moment Russian forces attacked a playground in Kherson.
Children were wounded. One little girl lost an eye.
Please share! The world needs to see what Russia is doing to innocent Ukrainians.

Russians often post videos of themselves bombing civilians in Khsrson, then bombing the ambulance crews that try to rescue them, before bombing fire fighting teams that try to stop the spread of the resulting fire.
Russians released footage of them bombing a UN convoy in Kherson, while the United Nations won't name who bombed them in an attempt to keep good relations with Moscow.
Russia openly bombs the elderly, ambulance crews, and fire fighters. Its called a "Human Safari" for a reason.
This is categorically false. Not merely a stretch, but a straight-up lie.
Congress (not Biden alone) appropriated roughly $188 billion total for Ukraine-related support from 2022–2024. NOT $350 billion.
Of that, the bulk (~$110–130B in security/military categories) stayed right here in the U.S., paying American defense contractors & replenishing our own stockpiles.
Actual direct financial ("cash") support to Ukraine was roughly $31–38B. Those funds were tracked by the World Bank and were audited by firms like KPMG & Deloitte. We were not writing blank checks.
It's extremely frustrating to watch this President demonize an ally while downplaying Putin as the aggressor. This administration has ended new U.S. financial/military support for Ukraine (they can buy via the EU if needed). Combined with eased sanctions on Russia and the President's moral ambiguity on the war, it is just a complete betrayal that I will never, ever understand.
Polls show that the vast majority of Americans are very much clear eyed about this — we support Ukraine and we sympathize with Ukraine. Our President does not reflect that majority view.

Nah I oppose war crimes and occupations no matter where and no matter who the victims are.
There is no contradiction here.

During the siege of Mariupol, people were hiding from russia’s attacks in basements for weeks.
Kateryna Savenko kept track of her life in a diary, until a russian shell murdered her💔
This diary is now a harrowing reminder of what she and other people had to endure🧵
Russia is planning a large-scale resettlement of its citizens to the occupied territories of Ukraine, with more than 100,000 Russians expected to be relocated there, Ukrainian media report.
In the photo on the left is an ordinary boy, a schoolboy from Brovary, who was only 13 years old. His name is Yelisey Ryabokon.
On the right is the hat the boy was wearing, completely riddled with bullets and shrapnel, as well as his white T-shirt, which he put on over his jacket to show the russians that he was a civilian.
However, the bullets from the russian soldiers pierced right through it.
This is a terrible reminder of what happened.
On March 11, 2022, Yelisey's family tried to escape from a village called Peremoha, which had already been captured by the Russians.
As they were driving, the Russian soldiers first waved at them, as if wishing them a safe journey.
But then, for no reason at all, they simply opened fire on the car full of people. When the column came under fire, Yelisey's mother and younger son were in one car, while the boy himself was riding in another.
The first car exploded after taking a direct hit from a shell; people started jumping out of the cabin and hiding.“I dragged the little one by the hood,” Inna recalled.
She hoped that her older son was alive and simply hadn’t managed to get out of the car. It was enough for her to glance at her son to understand: he had died instantly. The mother miraculously managed to survive and pull her younger son out from under the shelling.
At first, Yelisey was buried simply in someone’s vegetable garden in that village. Only after some time was the family able to transport his body back home to Brovary to bury him properly.
The coffin was never opened. His father Yevhen, who serves in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was never able to see his son one last time.
Yelisey’s mother Inna says: she wants the whole world to know what Russia has done in Ukraine. So that people remember every murdered child, every woman. So that Russia is held accountable for all these crimes.
Those who knew Yelisey say he was a very calm, polite, and always smiling boy.
In May of that year, he would have turned 14…

I really wish people who make these type of arguments would learn that the confirmed civilian death-toll in Ukraine is a massive under-count. UN sources themselves have claimed this themselves due to lack of access to territories controlled by Russia and ongoing fighting.
