Booked an 8:15 AM Jaipur→Delhi bus (15 Nov) via @redBus_in.
Reached at 7:55, no bus till 8:45.
Operator didn’t pick up after 15–20 calls.
Redbus says the bus “already left”?
Still no resolution till 19 Nov.
Paid 2x + lost 3 hrs.
Worst experience.

@redBus_in this is unacceptable.
My 8:15 AM Jaipur→Delhi bus(15 Nov) NEVER came.I waited from 7:55–8:45 AM, made 15–20 unanswered calls, and was later told the bus had “departed”.So it left BEFORE the pickup time?No resolution till 19 Nov.
Had to pay 2x for another bus.
