The mint was intentionally unattractive: 0.25 ETH, soulbound, strict terms, no flip, no exit. I overestimated how many would climb that wall, but the wall did its job.
Signal found, noise removed.

This wasn’t built for hype or short-term farming. It was a conviction filter.
I said it thousands of times. They thought I was bluffing. We followed through.

Back in January, I set four KPIs for a successful Beta: traction, revenue, retention, DAU. All were hit. Some were beaten.
