@AzureSupport I see there is a databricks issue in West US 3. https://t.co/IKxxv36TtE
Would that also be impacting other services in West US 3, the timing is about right. Our Private DNS resolver there in West US 3 is not resolving correctly.
@AzureSupport That link doesn't seem to work, might be because I don't pay for an account here on X.
That and there's no screenshot. The link I provided shows that there's an issue from your azure status page. Asking if DNS there in that region would be impacted as well.
@hubermanlab Still listening so maybe you mention it, but would jumping/skipping rope help with lymphatic draining as well? I would imagine so given some similarity to walking, running, rebounding, etc.
@kneeovertoesguy Ordered one from Spud Inc last week, just waiting for it to get to me as it seems to be stuck in shipment. :( Looking forward to trying it out.
@kneeovertoesguy Curious what, if anything, in this set is hitting the glute Medius? Asking as I'm starting to think this might be a weakness for me and my running, I tend to reinjure my low back when I get back into running again. :( And glute med tends to feel a bit weak to me.
@hubermanlab@bretcontreras Is there an episode or place where you talk about what specifically you did for your low back issue? You mention a glute med exercise but I'd like to learn more on the specifics for what you did. And Happy Birthday and welcome to the 50s. :)
@hubermanlab@bretcontreras I've mostly gotten my low back better, but I still get a nagging ache near my right SI. Mainly triggers now when lying down in bed on my back or side. I got the injury from a 1 too many reps deadlift about 20 years ago and retriggers now and then. Could be glute med.
@kneeovertoesguy Where can we purchase these or something like it? I don't see it on your products website and not finding it online from this spud name you mentioned.
@SnyderShot Enjoyed the podcast with @hubermanlab and looking forward to this one as well with @nicknorwitz . Definitely learned a lot and was cool to see what new things have been learned.
@atgheadquarters Wouldn't isometric holds be a better start for those with more acute pain? Both for the back extension and the one for the QLs? I think you have done a similar regression with the split squat but maybe I am mistaken.
@kneeovertoesguy Oh, interesting, for some reason I had thought I was supposed to only go as far forward with the knees where my heels would still touch at the bottom of the exercise. Thanks for these videos.
@hubermanlab And pandiculation was various bits on Youtube for muscle release techniques. For me was learning new things about how that can help with psoas and other muscle tightness.
