Been breaking down how the new Catnip mechanic actually plays out in @pawsofsherwood.

Quick breakdown: it’s awarded at the end of each 12-hour round if you’ve claimed at least one shift that grants industry points. Your payout depends on your percentile rank: • Top 3% ➔ 30 Catnip • Top 10% ➔ 20 Catnip • Top 25% ➔ 15 Catnip • Top 50% ➔ 10 Catnip • Everyone else ➔ 5 Catnip
Keep in mind: payouts don't stack (you only get the reward for your highest tier), and spreading cats across multiple pools won't yield extra Catnip compared to focusing them in one. It’s primarily spent on cosmetics/decorations or gifting items to others.
Still testing whether it's smarter to push hard on a single station for the higher Catnip tier, or if maintaining weekly stock points yields better long-term returns. Weekly stock feels like the core meta, while Catnip is a neat side bonus every 12 hours. https://t.co/CS8GKO2p7m
