@elysesalpeter I recently did welcome baskets and we put paper towels and toilet paper, wine and plastic glasses, handmade items from people in the community, flowers in a small vase, gift cards for groceries/instacart.

2 months later and no RV. They held it hostage since 9/21 saying it needed a new roof, only to say the roof is fine when insurance asked for info to substantiate the claim. Then they tried to sell me a reseal and denied me time out of service for their mistake @marcuslemonis

And if someone is sincerely sorry, they’d do everything to prove that. Including deleting tweets. Thanks for the tip on defamation though; made for some good reading.
