@killersumobunny @HalfwayKnown It’s the total opposite of the ER. Which is why it’s so amazing. Someone has a fever? No stat blood cultures and labs and IV ABX. You know what you do? Give Tylenol… MAYBE PO antibiotics if they’re symptomatic in some way. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was honestly only doing it for the schedule and to do something “easy.” But it’s a way cooler job than I thought it would be, but also way harder. But schedule is super sweet though. Lol. I was right about that. 😂
