We're hiring at @karooliAI . Yayyy!
Everyone in the team is high agency and is known for their insane work ethic and the quality of the output. If you're that person too, we'd love to work with you.
We're hiring for growth, design and tech. Application forms are live inside our Discord server.
lfggggg 🚀
I'd spent dayyyys designing this part of our website 🥹 https://t.co/lDiG4jJ2yu , will create a separate video on how I designed the entire website, especially the second fold ❤️
Sales agents. Coding agents. Meeting agents. Agents managing other agents.
Great businesses, I’m sure.
But brother, are humans only meant to work more efficiently?
We started @karooliAI because I think technology can do far more interesting things than helping companies squeeze 12% more productivity out of people.
- Can it make someone feel less alone?
- Can it help two people who see each other every day finally meet?
- Can it improve the parts of life that have nothing to do with work?
- Our first two products, are attempts at answering those questions.
Maybe this is not the smartest way to build an AI company.
Idk. It is definitely the only kind I want to spend the next decade building.
“The magic you’re looking for is in the work you’re avoiding.”
I first heard this on @ChrisWillx ’s podcast and got it tattooed last year to constantly remind myself that the work that scares me, the work I keep putting off, is often the work that matters the most. The magic is always hiding right behind the discomfort.
People raise pre-seed rounds from places like @speedrun , @spc , and @ycombinator to build their product.
But we wanted to do it differently.
We put all that energy into building and cracking distribution first. Here’s everything we did over the past few months while operating in stealth at @karooliAI ⬇️
➡️ Trained a model soooo good that it beats legacy models from @OpenAI and @AnthropicAI on emotional intelligence benchmarks and understands humans unlike any other model available today | Launching soon
➡️ Designed, built, and quietly launched our first product, powered by that model, in the West. People from all over the world are now using it daily and loving it ❤️
➡️ Onboarded more than 50 creators from the US who believe in our mission and are helping us reach the right people
➡️ Built a solid team 🔥 that includes award-winning film directors, editors known for their craft, ad experts who create funnels that work without deceiving people, and cracked developers from top IITs. I could go on and on, simply because of how proud I am of the team we’ve assembled for this mission 🙈
➡️ Generated more than a million combined views across all the accounts we created in-house and post from daily. Distribution is king.
➡️ Got into NVIDIA Inception. Genuinely very helpful when you’re building an AI startup.
➡️ Built our second product. It is now fully tested, and we’ll be rolling out the beta real soon.
➡️ Shot ads that’ll touch your heart when they launch.
We’ll be launching our first product in a way no one in the Indian startup ecosystem has ever done before.
That’s only possible because we are artists, and we put love and care into everything we do. Every piece of content you see is handcrafted
In fact, I personally designed the Karooli website, https://t.co/bxLE51mLuO, because I hate how every startup from Y Combinator is putting out AI slop and calling it a website.
Can’t wait to show the world what we’ve built.
Some people will love it, and some might not. That’s fine.
The point is, we did all this before raising a dime from investors.
Was that a good decision? Idk. Time will tell, but I’m excited 😊
. @karooliAI was started because something in how people connect with each other has quietly been broken, and most of tech is making it worse, not better.
At Karooli we never cared about building for agentic ecosystem, instead we are harnessing this new age technology to make life better at grass root level to make humans better at everything.
This isn't about our philosophy, we are here because billion dollar companies are built on the foundations of solving simple human problems, we want to keep that spirit alive in the "building for agents" era.
This is our attempt at doing it differently.
