1) Alhamdulillah, for Week 3 in the month of May of our orphan feeding program, meals were prepared and delivered to the 11 orphans at Al-madina Academy throughout the week.

Meals prepared were:
Monday: Jollof rice with Moi Moi
Tuesday: Fried sweet potatoes with beef stew
Wednesday: Jollof spaghetti with dried fish
Thursday: Fried yam with beef stew
Friday: Noodles with boiled eggs

Following the previous medical and financial support provided to a patient at the Murtala Muhammad Specialist Hospital in Kano State by a generous sister, we are grateful to deliver a third round of assistance to the same patient in need.

This support came in the form of N30,000 cash from another kind sister to help ease the patient’s recovery process without financial pressure for the next couple of days, in shaa Allah.

May Allah accept it as an act of ibadah and reward all the donors abundantly.

Following a previous post we shared 6 days ago about the raw food support provided to a widow with 9 children in Unguwan Liman, Nasarawa Jahun, Bauchi State, another kind sister generously donated N100,000 to further empower her so she can better cater for her family, in shaa Allah.

The widow expressed interest in expanding her means of livelihood by starting a charcoal and groundnut oil business alongside her existing small-scale local drinks business.

Alhamdulillah, with the donated funds, we were able to purchase 6 bags of charcoal at N6,500 each, totaling N39,000, as well as a 25-liter gallon of groundnut oil for N62,000.

May Allah accept it as an act of ibadah and reward the sister abundantly for her kindness and generosity. Ameen.

1) A generous sister donated ₦50,000 to support feeding people in need. The donation was used to distribute a total of 68 packs of cooked meals across Abuja and Sokoto State, with ₦25,000 allocated to each distribution.

In Momo Sani Layout, Gwagwalada, Abuja, 32 packs of Jollof Rice with Beef and Coleslaw were distributed to 32 needy individuals.

We received a sadaqah donation of ₦25,000 from a kind sister to support a widow and her orphans with food assistance.

Alhamdulillah, the raw food items were successfully delivered to a widow with 9 children living in Unguwan Liman, Nasarawa Jahun, Bauchi State. She lost her husband 9 years ago, and since then, life has been extremely challenging as she single-handedly cares for her family.

To support her children, she runs a small local drinks business (zobo, ginger and tamarind ) on a very limited scale, but the income is not sufficient to meet the family’s needs. They also rely on support from family members just to provide food for the household.

May Allah reward the donor abundantly and continue to ease the affairs of this family. Ameen.
