First they cloned Adobe, and I said nothing—because I was still trying to cancel Creative Cloud.
Then they cloned LinkedIn, and I said nothing—because I had nothing to humbly announce.
Then they cloned Salesforce, and I said nothing—because I was still waiting for someone to explain what Salesforce does.
Finally, they cloned GTA 6. And I asked where to sign up.
REA is most dangerous thing on the internet right now...
It lets your AI agent reverse engineer any app, down to the binary
If you use it correctly, you can rebuild any feature you pay for, for FREE

Personal agents are horizontal harnesses, and the fact that they’re taking off shows how much people need harnesses to benefit from models. Building one that works well for everyone and everything is incredibly hard.
Horizontal agents will likely differentiate by their strengths over time, much like the underlying models already do (Claude for coding, Gemini for multimodal). And there should be plenty of opportunities for startups building vertical harnesses for specific groups of people or businesses to compete.
Hi, I'm Felix. I'm an eng lead working on Claude. I love watching people take flight and do things they never thought possible.
We often describe that as "being more ambitious" when using AI, which is tricky advice to follow. I wrote a tutorial:

1/ Druckenmiller's first mentor, Speros Drelles, would often tell him that "60 million Frenchman can't be wrong."
Here's a thread on what that means and how to know when you should listen to or ignore the "Frenchman" (market)...
@lessin Nike should sell a $10/month AI performance subscription to its 300M members, using wearable data and insights from elite athletes to help people train, recover, and choose better gear. Convert just 10% and that’s $3.6B in ARR and $30B worth of market cap @egon_durban
@kepano The goal of every software founder is to tell Bending Spoons what LaVar Ball once told Kristine Leahy, who later married Airtable founder Howie Liu: “Stay in yo lane.”
I was clearly wrong about Anthropic. They are obviously currently the leader in AI. No company has released a model as good as Mythos/Fable and they will undoubtedly have Mythos 2 ready soon.
And I would never cut them off in a way that hurt them badly, even as a competitor. That’s not my style.
Tesla open sourced its patents and we made the Supercharger network available to all competitors, even though we could have made it a walled garden.
SpaceX launches competing satellite systems with no increase in price or use of unfair terms.
Even my worst enemies can attack me on this platform.

@bgurley Tencent stopped treating tokens as a per-head entitlement and started treating them as risk capital, allocated by expected return. The more value you prove you can turn tokens into, the more tokens you get.
