I appeal to that woman to come forward, file a complaint and ensure that this bastard does not get to wear Khakhi again in his life. If he can do this in full public view, he can certainly rape someone in his custody.

बांसुरी स्वराज जी बता रही हैं कि "दिपके जी" सरकार के वीवीआईपी मेहमान थे जिन्हें आम लोगों और राजनीतिक पार्टियों की तरह धरना प्रदर्शन के लिए परमिशन लेने के दिल्ली पुलिस के किसी आफिस नहीं जाना पड़ा था। "दिपके जी" जैसे ही दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट पर लैंड किए, दिल्ली पुलिस के अधिकारी एयरपोर्ट दौड़े-दौड़े गए और दिपके जी को परमिशन देकर आए कि आइए सर जंतर-मंतर पर मजमा लगाइए। जबकि दिपके जी ने परमिशन मांगी ही नहीं थी। संदेश साफ था कि हे दिपके जी रूपी तारणहार! कुकर में बहुत गैस बन गई है, आप कुकर की सीटी बनकर गैस निकालो। परमिशन शाम 5 बजे तक की थी, परंतु बांसुरी स्वराज बतातीं हैं कि दिपके जी से 21 दिन तक तमाशा कराया गया। पहले दिन जब सरकार ने दिपके जी को जंतर-मंतर पर स्थापित किया तो 100 लोग नहीं जुटे। इसलिए 21 दिन का विशेष एक्सटेंशन दिया गया। तब जाकर दिपके जी नेता बने और अब भस्मासुर बन कर ऑउट ऑफ कंट्रोल हैं। अब भीड़ में कौन-कौन है, किसी को नहीं पता। दिल्ली की सड़कों पर जो अराजकता है उसके लिए और कोई नहीं, मास्टरस्ट्रोक ही जिम्मेदार है।

As per law, courts should consider Class 10 marksheet provided by an education board as most valid proof of age

In this case, she had not reached Class 10. Birth certificate was not available as few get it made anyway. Girl's father produced her Transfer Certificate from a pervious school. It said she was born in 1990 and hence 14 years

Sessions court used this as basis for convicting Qausim for kidnapping (IPC 363), kidnapping for compelling marriage (IPC 366) and rape (IPC 376)

But now, Delhi high court has acquitted him of all charges

High court said the entire case rested on the age of the girl

The high court judge rejected TC as valid age of proof and said they would only consider bone test results

Results said she was between 14 and 16 years (I don't know when exactly was the bone test conducted)

Court said after taking margin of error, she should be considered 18! (see the attachment)

(POCSO was enforced much later in 2012, so it was not invoked)

While delivering the verdict last month, the judge, Vimal Kumar Yadav, went on to remark that “fragmented, stratified and deeply divided Indian society..left no room practically for the young lovers to choose their partners”

Now, this is what will happen if age of consent is indeed lowered to 16:
- Class 10 marksheet won't be available for age proof
- Courts will ask for bone tests.
- With margin of error, 13-14-year-old will be routinely declared 16 years

This is how lowering age of consent will make all girls after Class 6 vulnerable to consequences-free sexual grooming

My Major Concerns-
1. Micropack is the only company in 🇮🇳 with 'mil' approval. This is now controlled by a US PE firm.
2. They do boards for ISRO/DRDO, now its owned by a US PE firm.
3. No other company in 🇮🇳, currently , can produce boards which were being made in micropack. We are catching up(still far) , so no option for ISRO and DRDO to go elsewhere.
