Horrible experience with @makemytrip Asking customer to pay for your negligence is sheer lack of empathy and is very unprofessional. Giving false assurance, misguiding customer in need and cheating by taking all the money without resolution, is UTTER NONSENSE!

Very disheartening experience from @myntra The sort of customer delight & support I have received over the past week has shattered my faith in online shopping. It's a shame that you cheat in broad daylight and pretend to help when customer is in trouble that too for your glitch.
