Is the @ECISVEEP of the view that directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court can be openly FLOUTED? The highest Court of the land has repeatedly emphasised transparency, due process, and adherence to official channels of communication. Yet we are witnessing instructions being circulated over WhatsApp rather than through formal, traceable, and accountable mechanisms.

Even more disturbing are credible reports of Special Roll Observer, C. Murugan, issuing instructions regarding the acceptability of birth certificates directly to Micro Observers in a WhatsApp group, to inflate deletion numbers. Need I remind the ECI of the Supreme Court’s categorical directive that the role of micro-observers must remain strictly assistive? Why, then, is statutory procedure being bypassed, and under whose instructions?

Additionally, Roll Observers are designated district-wise, yet it is seen that login credentials linked to these observers are being accessed from a central location in Kolkata. Login Data is being misused to generate queries and specifically target a certain community at the direction of ECI’s political masters in Delhi. Should this matter be independently examined, it will be established that the tower location and IP address of the login device differ from the actual location of the concerned roll observer.

The Election Commission derives its legitimacy from PUBLIC TRUST, not POLITICAL PATRONAGE. We shall pursue this matter before the highest court of law. Further, any person aligning themselves with or acting at the behest of Zamindars of Delhi will face stringent and uncompromising legal action. Brace yourselves!

BJP’s SIR has crossed every moral and constitutional red line. What is being sold as “verification” has become a machinery of harassment, fear, and death. Ordinary citizens are being dragged, humiliated, and pushed to the edge simply for daring to exist as voters in Bengal.

In BJP-ruled states, celebrating Christmas has become a crime.

Here’s a challenge to the BJP: if @AITCOfficial’s seat share rises in the upcoming elections, they must bow to Bengal, seek forgiveness, and release the ₹2 lakh crore owed to the state within seven days.

If they possess even a flicker of shame, they’ll accept.
If not, Bengal already knows: hatred for this state is @BJP4India’s only true ideology.

This is the blood-marked reality of the BJP’s SIR campaign.

This video of BLO Sarvesh Singh crying and pleading for someone to look after his daughters should shake the conscience of any institution that claims to uphold democracy. Yet @ECISVEEP remains silent, standing by and protecting their political masters instead of the people they are meant to serve.

Under arbitrary deadlines and impossible house-to-house drills, the BJP’s Election Commission has reduced BLOs, teachers, ASHA workers, and Anganwadi staff to disposable labour, worked to collapse under broken apps, zero training, and inhuman hours.

How many more BLOs must die before the BJP’s power-hungry Delhi landlords and their ever-obedient EC are finally forced to answer for this brutality?

.@BJP4India's hate for Bengal has crossed all limits. In BJP-ruled states people from Bengal are being hunted, beaten, and set on fire just for speaking the Bengali language.

In Odisha, a poor hawker Rahul Islam was punched, kicked, and threatened with being set on fire. Two more hawkers from Bengal were assaulted in Ganjam and Gajapati, all labelled “Bangladeshis” only because they are Bengalis trying to earn a living. And when they begged the police for help, Odisha Police told them to leave the state.

This is not “governance”. This is the BJP’s trademark Bangal-birodhi hate machinery, now unleashed on migrant workers.

We stand with our people. Bengal will neither forget nor forgive those who torment innocent workers in the name of politics.

.@ECISVEEP's credibility lies in tatters. Twenty-four hours after a ten-member delegation met the Chief Election Commissioner, the ECI still has no answers to our five straightforward questions that go to the heart of electoral integrity.

Instead of responding, Commission officials have resorted to planting leaks and spinning narratives through friendly outlets, desperately trying to manufacture cover and salvage a reputation fast collapsing under the weight of its actions.

If the Commission is too gutless to face the nation in a press conference, then do the bare minimum by releasing the full, unedited transcript and recording of yesterday’s meeting.

Put it out, or admit to the entire country that you are nothing but paid agents of @BJP4India, terrified of the truth and willing to sell India’s democracy for a pat on the head from your masters.

The Election Commission has blood on its hands. @ECISVEEP pushed SIR through with reckless haste, completely indifferent to the human cost of its choices. The result is predictable and unforgivable:
⚠️ They foisted an inhuman workload on BLOs who were never meant to be data robots.
⚠️ They imposed an absurdly tight timeframe and an unrealistic target for door-to-door verification.
⚠️ They failed to provide proper training on the nuances of the exercise.
⚠️ The BLOApp and digital infrastructure repeatedly crashed or misrecorded data, leaving workers stranded.
⚠️ And when BLOs struggled under this impossible regime, they were met with threats of disciplinary action instead of support.

The consequence is a human tragedy of the gravest order: BLOs collapsing from exhaustion, falling seriously ill, and in several heartbreaking instances, taking their own lives, explicitly blaming the SIR process.

Who will take responsibility for these lives? Will Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar own this catastrophe? Will Chief Electoral Officer, West Bengal Manoj Kumar Agarwal explain why safeguards were not in place? Will the Election Commission admit that this hurried rollout was a policy failure?

When BJP’s propaganda ecosystem starts recycling four-month old notifications to whip up fake excitement and glorify the EC, it exposes just one truth : Mr. SIR’s strategy hasn’t JUST FAILED, it has COLLAPSED in full public view.

Despite deploying every weapon at their command- The Union government’s machinery, EC, ED, CBI, IT, Central Forces, a captive media and even convenient pockets of the judiciary - the BJP still knows BENGAL WILL BEAT THEM AGAIN and return with a bigger mandate than 2021.

So here’s my simple question to @BJP4India leaders:

Do you dare accept my challenge or will you keep hiding behind stale propaganda and state power?

The @ECISVEEP could not even answer how many BLOs have taken their own lives under the unbearable pressure of this barbaric SIR exercise. They do not know how many citizens have been pushed to despair.

And when asked why this so-called “drive against infiltrators” is being forced only on Bengal, while BJP-ruled border states like Assam, Tripura, and Arunachal remain untouched, the Commission had no explanation !

The Election Commission is deliberately planting selective leaks to falsely claim that they have provided a point-by-point rebuttal to the issues raised by the AITC delegation today. These assertions are not just misleading, they are OUTRIGHT LIES. If the EC truly has nothing to hide and actually believes in transparency, then instead of hiding behind motivated leaks, it must immediately release the full CCTV footage and every piece of evidence it claims to possess. Anything less only exposes their bad faith and raises serious questions about their intent.

And let me add this clearly: A few hours will always be too short , take as many days as you want to answer the five basic questions we placed before you.

We have ENOUGH DIGITAL EVIDENCE to prove how your narrative is being distorted through planted, fabricated leaks. So THINK TWICE before you choose to pick a fight with West Bengal and @AITCofficial .

I understand your frustration, Mr. SIR, but facts do not bend to convenience. If energy is available for planting stories, surely it can be redirected to answering the five simple questions.
