In the sea of advt. emails of ICICI, the statement email is lost. Without the sms I missed the due date but still no reminder sms saying I should pay (1/2)

And now when I couldn't do a transaction I checked I realised I had missed a payment and my card is blocked. You've also added a charge of more than Rs. 900 to my bill. Way to go. Don't inform the customer about bill payment and charge them for non payment. (2/2)

@Freecharge @Cyberdost on 10th October I had been scammed by a scammer who transferred 7607.52 to your account . The payment was done through my Icici credit card. I informed @ICICIBank about this transaction and they told me to cooperate about this matter.
