17-year-old Sarthak Sidhant has exposed how CBSE manipulated its own selection process to benefit COEMPT, using CBSE’s own documents.
The details in his blog reveal how CBSE changed the RFP to unduly benefit COEMPT, at the cost of TCS.
He has revealed the hollowness of Dharmendra Pradhan ji’s denials. The PM remains silent, as usual. The question is simple: who are they protecting, and why?
An independent judicial inquiry is now essential to uncover the full extent of this scam.
Sarthak’s work shows that India’s Gen Z is brilliant and fearless. And sooner or later, they will find out the full truth.
*STATEMENT*
As per reports, the Hon’ble Delhi High Court today has issued notice to me in a plea seeking initiation of criminal contempt proceedings over one of my reports concerning the appearance of conflict of interest and reasonable apprehension of bias in Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma hearing the CBI appeal in the Delhi Excise Policy case. The petitioner alleges that my report contains “serious, unfounded and scandalous allegations” against Justice Sharma.
I stand firmly by my reporting.
The report was based entirely on documentary material: RTI data furnished by the Ministry of Law & Justice, the judge’s own judicial orders in Criminal Revision Petitions, publicly available records, and statements made by a sitting Hon’ble Judge of the Supreme Court himself.
Not a single fact reported by me has been rebutted either by the judge concerned or by the CBI in any of the proceedings, including the suo-motu contempt proceedings. In that backdrop, an unattached third party has now come into the picture.
That said, since the matter now directly concerns me and is sub-judice, it will not be appropriate to comment further on the merits at this stage. I shall place my response before the Court after consulting distinguished members of the Bar, eminent legal luminaries, and respected members of the fraternity.
The constitutional guarantee of free speech includes the right, not just of journalists, but of every citizen, to fairly scrutinise and critique judicial functioning and administrative decisions that have a bearing on public confidence in the institution. The faith in the institution can never be strengthened through opacity or the chilling of public scrutiny.
Journalism that seeks to uncover these uncomfortable facts in the largest of public interests is part of the constitutional duty of the fourth pillar. Questions cannot be contempt.✊🏻

A garbage collection vehicle costs ~₹1.23 lakh if you check online.
Yet Bhilai Municipality bought 23 vehicles for ₹97,74,954 — that’s ₹4.25 lakh per vehicle.

If this isn’t corruption, what is?

I'm not seeing enough outrage and anger over the 14+ kids who died after taking Coldrif cough syrup. Apparently, TN govt has shut down the manufacturing company Sresan Pharmaceuticals. But is that enough punishment for the young lives lost and the agony their families are going through?
@ChandnaHimani No jobs growth no manufacturing growth no fast gdp growth to capture demographic dividend, just win elections with freebie from tax paid by 3% and chant vikshit Bharat Jai Modi and all is great
Lab report by Madhya Pradesh govt also confirmed presence of toxic DEG in Coldrif syrup -- contamination of over 46%. Permissible limit is just 0.1%.
Tamil Nadu lab reported same findings on Oct 2. Such high levels of DEG would not spare the vulnerable young kids. Its poison.
Help me understand this.
12 children in Rajasthan died because their cough syrups were contaminated with toxic DEG made by Kayson Pharma.
11 children died in Madhya Pradesh after consuming contaminated cough syrup made by Shreesan Pharma.
This was proven through lab testing by Madhya Pradesh (MP) and Tamil Nadu government labs.
But the Ministry of Health, India told people that the cough syrups were clean and then one mother who gave the cough syrup to her child in Rajasthan was jailed and a doctor who prescribed cough syrup in MP was arrested.
No one from the company that manufactured these killer syrups were arrested or jailed. One manufacturer, Kayson Pharma was already blacklisted in 2023 for poor quality drugs. Why were these reptiles led back into the contract?
If one of the children who died was that of some big business magnate who gave funds to political party in power, or belonged to a politician, the story would have been so much different right?
What kind of governance are we stuck with? A government that does not care for their children is a liability and a burden to citizens, not an ally and shield. India is turning to be the circus that the jokers who elected the jokers want it to be.
For the underprivileged, every new day feels like a bonus in this country,
@INCKerala@sardesairajdeep why are you and media not talking about this? Yes there are big sugar companies, but petrol blending orders going to Gadkari sons company only. Before this they had toll road business
CJI recommends nephew as High Court judge. Sitting High Court judge who probably forwarded nephew's name being called to Supreme Court under CJI's leadership. Govt gets to bring Justice Pancholi to Supreme Court superceding over 50 judges. Govt and Collegium gel so well!
@LuckyInvest_ARK I am surprised nobody Is talking about the monthly tds on rent payment for 50,000 rent and above to nri owners. Every month I have to make tds payment and then file return what the hell
No nation should have to accept terrorist attacks being launched against it from land controlled by another country.
India is justified in striking terrorist infrastructure. There can be no impunity for terrorists.
In the upcoming Budget Session in Karnataka, Congress Govt is looking to bring up the Greater Bengaluru Governance Bill. The legislative journey of this Bill is yet another instance of @Siddaramaiah Govt's misplaced priorities & poor policymaking.
This thread explains why.
