This punishes 150M+ ordinary Telegram users in India — not the insiders who leaked the exam materials.

And the ban hasn't stopped anything. The leaks just moved to other apps.

An FIR was lodged against a Father by @unnaopolice because of pressure from an Animal NGO.
8 years old child was bitten by a Stray Dog and when the father of the child rushed to save the child then the dog bite him too. Distressed father end up beating the Dog and now there is an FIR against him. Fair Enough but what about the safety of the Child?
