Purchased a new 4K fire tv stick off shelf as @amazon@amazonfiretv@AmazonFireTVInd@amazonIN refused to look into the persistent sound jarring issue with my previous fire stick. Guess what facing the same issue with the new stick too.
Haven’t used my spare fire stick which was gifted to me in 2020 @amazonIN@amazonfiretv and waited for over 25 mins to know that if you don’t use the electronic items for considerable time they won’t work. What shit service and shittest customer care service ever.
@AmazonHelp Hope this sums up my side of the story. As ridiculous as it may sound there has to be some accountability. Why sell stuff if it’s going to stop working after the alleged warranty period.
