Hey @EurekaForbes, this tech is closing my ticket as resolved without even coming by. How can you let someone just close a ticket like that? There should be some kind of confirmation, like an OTP from the customer, to close it.
Kindly look into this matter and help to resolve it.
Hey @EurekaForbes, I raised an SR on 19th Jan, and after multiple follow-ups, a technician finally showed up on 24th Jan. Without fixing it is marked as resolved.
