@PMOIndia no one from govt offices ministries responds to issues which would affect all pensioners. Is there or can there be any place or forum under PMO ADMINSTRATION so that such issues can be centrally raised so concerned authorities will check on priority

Are the citizens legitimate to ask for privatisation when such is the quality of things and ownership levels by government service providers?

if i click direct link to download FORM16 coming on Pension sahayak, then final download fails due to some API failure at last submit.
why @DOPPW_India these are not checked and why are pensioners harrassed by such bad services provided by PNB bank?
Can pensioners handle this?

@myvoltas need some clarity regarding new AC installation charges in my home. e-reciept auto generated n sms'd by voltas mentioned Rs 1178 to be paid as installation charges whereas the service centre gave a hard copy bill of different amount. Is this legit? Will dm both bills.
