@IDFCFIRSTBank If the bank is really serious about customer service, I would really urge my complaint of this ongoing issue be raised with the Head of CS or NRI Banking as neither the RM nor the BM respond! This is utterly frustrating. Please help.
@IDFCFIRSTBank I have just raised a complaint for absolute Abysmal NRI RM services for several months. Not sure if anyone is actually interested in the customer and in resolving their problems at IDFC! Simple things have not been resolved for months and causing unnecessary grief!
@IDFCFIRSTBank Well the debit card issue didn't get resolved still after 4 mths but now I have realised that NRO First Wealth account doesn't allow Int'l lounge access only domestic - why wasn't I told this? What benefit is that to a non-resident? Shocking customer service.

@AirFranceUK I took BHX to FRA flight today via AMS - None of my bags arrived and they have critical BP medicine I need to take. I can't get any update online and your CS on hold 3 times for over 40mins no answer - leaving FRA on Sunday and have - no clothes, medicines. Help. π

@airfrance@KLM No baggage arrived, AMS to FRA, today. My BP medicines in it, I have no clothes, nothing. Worst experience. Leaving FRA on Sunday and don't know whether I will get my bags or not. Who will compensate? How will I get my daily essentials and my medicine? Help me π
@BritishGas my complaint is taking such an extended time to get a response. This is just unacceptable for a clear open and shut case. Can someone seriously help to resolve?
@BritishGas Not sure which is worse - me raising a complaint about poor customer service on my Homecare4 agreement, the false info and lies or how that complaint is being managed - I keep chasing the customer manager and do not get any response.
