🌟 Empowering women’s leadership across our workplace

@PlanRwanda today celebrated the achievements of three female staff members who completed the 8-month 'Women’s Leadership Programme' - an initiative under @PlanMEESA aimed at nurturing potential women leaders and strengthening their leadership skills.

Participants gained significant self-awareness, enhanced their courage and confidence, and discovered their unique leadership styles.

I can even give examples of people who lost their lives in this, some people died, and people lost their lives in those caves where they had gone to pray. There are even those who ended up dying because they had been told that some people can cure their illnesses and they didn’t seek proper medical care.
