I made a refund request number 23393132986834944 on 24th april. Until now i dont hav update. Callung customer care is most pathetic experience. It goes into AI loop but wont get any resolution. Can some here do the needful?

@makemytripcare That ticket is eligible for full refund as the airlines rescheduled the flight. But u refunded some 300 rupess. Its not the right way of doing business dear @makemytripcare . This kind of customer care will definetely dent business

@makemytripcare That flight rescheduled from night to afternoon. Hence its eligible for refund and even confirmed by customer care on 23rd april. You may check the relevant records at ur side. If i am wrong you may deny refund. But plz stop techniques to avoid refund. Pfa screenshots

@GodrejAppliance i have purchased an AC in Aug 23, since 2 mnths of the sale, it has issues of gas leakage and its evident with the complaints raised. A faulty product delivered. Technician reported it as an issue with indoor unit and Godrej refused take the responsibility of it

@GodrejAppliance , I have purchased an AC on 2nd oct 2023 from @vijaysales nacharam. From 3rd month onwards gas getting leaked. Raised several complaints. But all temporary fixes. Still the issue exists. Please replace this as a defective item delivered. #defectacgodrej
