@TroyNorling @TheEXECUTlONER_ @DStan1004 The unit at the house he was at was not a swamp cooler. One of the neighbors has one tho. The tell is swamp coolers will have evaporator pad on the entire cabinet top to bottom, this unit has a coil on the top half.

@WeCanShootToo @TheEXECUTlONER_ @DStan1004 Usually attic fans are more about humidity control than temperature control. So in short no, unless your attic ventilation was designed around using the fan, but again that’s for humidity control not temperature.

@WeCanShootToo @TheEXECUTlONER_ @DStan1004 The units that guy was showing were packaged systems, what you are referring to are split systems, with a air handler in the attic most likely, which we would prefer to work out on the roof than inside a very hot attic.

@TheEXECUTlONER_ @DStan1004 Yeah that’s not a swamp cooler. That’s a Gas Packaged AC. Has Gas Heat and Electric cooling. Located on roof because these houses have concrete floors or no crawlspace foundation so all ducting goes through the attic. I sell these for a living.

Have you ever worked with him? Have you ever had a long form discussion with him? Have you ever studied his businesses or partners to determine what he’s about?

It has to be based on action and trustworthiness. Ed is smart, he doesn’t keep deadbeats around that would drag him down.
