@thinkorswim Please communicate with your customers about these issues when they happen. Communicating with customers is a core component to effective customer service. TOS should be notifying its customers of these issues not the other way around

@TDAmeritrade @thinkorswim fix your buggy platform! /CL should show you the active contract every time. every day no matter what the active contract is. it shouldnt flip between 2 contracts. your alerts & orders shouldnt DISAPPEAR when these bugs hit. please fix futures rolls

@thinkorswim No it does not this bug has existed for nearly a year as confirmed by support again today when I pointed out the problem again. After pointing it out for the first time last year. Such basic functionality that should work

@thinkorswim @TDAmeritrade Bringing up the symbol /ES should bring up the active contract 100% of the time. This is basic functionality on the most liquid securities traded in the world and TOS cant handle a basic element. SHOW ME THE RIGHT CONTRACT WITH MY ALERTS & ORDERS FFS

@thinkorswim @TDAmeritrade why are you not addressing this ongoing bug with futures & rolls? Every roll the rolling contracts are completely broken. TOS cannot keep it straight which is the active. Setting alerts confuses it further. These bugs have existed for almost a year!

@thinkorswim fix how you handle futures rolling over already! Over six months with this BS. If i'm on /CL and I right click for an order or alert it should always default to the correct active contract! Extra credit for NOT SHOWING your open orders when its fuc*ed
