Extremely loud crackers such as Sutli Bomb (rassi bomb), laxmi bomb, Lad (100 to 1000 and above series) multiple shots and many other loud crackers should not be permitted in Residential areas. The noiseless crackers such as Fuljadi, Flower pot, Chakri etc should be permitted.
