@PeskyMothobi @Shambazuva I was reading one investment brochure from Lesotho. You can get it if you visit one of the banks. I can DM the bank at their reception. It was saying one reason you should come and invest in Lesotho, there is cheap labour.

@PeskyMothobi @Shambazuva Lol! If you understand how it works you will be surprised. Lesotho will be a tax haven here. Exporters pay zero tax. So they come and manufactuer, pay less costs, export and pay zero tax. Main bank account will be in China🤣🤣🤣. Money is paid to China. Chinese 1 Basotho 0.

@PeskyMothobi @Shambazuva Privatisation can work but some of them even if privatised will not really wake up that functional. I think a robus investment management approach is needed. Loti Brick has a plant from 1979 imagine. How can it be functional and productive. An investor will shy away.

@PeskyMothobi @Shambazuva Reason why clothes manufacturing is booming in Lesotho is because labour is cheap. Production cost is very low because most of the Chinese owned factories pay rent and rates below market price.
