ودعت دولة الكويت الاستراتيجية التنفيذية الخاصة بالدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية، ورحبت دولة الكويت بالاستراتيجية الشاملة لمكاتباليونسكو الميدانية وحضور المنظمة على الصعيد العالمي.

جانب من كلمة دولة الكويت ألقاها المندوب الدائم السفير آدم الملا خلال الدورة ٢١٦ للمجلس التنفيذي في اليونسكو.

كما دعت دولة الكويت الى تطوير آلية عرض النتائج المحرزة في تنفيذ البرنامج الذي اعتمده المؤتمر العام وذلك بوضع مؤشرات واضحة لرصدالنتائج التي تم الحصول عليها وقياس التقدم
