Transparency check. I blew two accounts today. 📉🧠
Amateurs only post their wins. True professionals show the brutal reality of the mental game. Today, I completely wiped out two accounts that should have already been passed last week and receiving payouts.
How did I get here? It started with greed.
The greed over the last few days created a massive psychological setback. It left me frustrated and hunting for a massive win to make it all back. That frustration fed right into my absolute biggest mistake in trading: sitting with a fixed view instead of following live price action.
Instead of clearing my mind and letting the market build the story for me, I forced my own narrative onto the screen. I ignored what the candles were actually telling me because I wanted the market to move where I needed it to go to save the accounts.
The market does not care about what you need. It did its job, and my accounts paid the ultimate price.
It stings incredibly bad knowing these evaluations should be done and dusted by now. But blaming the market is a loser’s game. The system works—my execution didn't.
I’m going back to chapter one of the playbook. I’m going back to the boxing gym to clear the fog. The accounts are gone, but the knowledge and the edge remain. We reset, we internalize the pain of this mistake, and we start the climb again with zero ego.
The guard went down today. Tomorrow, it goes right back up. 🥊🔬

Greed is just fear in disguise. A lesson from the hard way. 🧠📉🥊
I’ve been reading the chapter on Fear in The Mental Game of Trading, and it completely opened my eyes today. The book talks about how greed often stems from different root causes. For me, greed is actually coupled with fear—the fear of not being able to make it all back, and the fear of losing even more.
When I’m up 4RR, that underlying fear triggers greed. It whispers to over-extend the target to try and rapidly recover past losses in one go.
9/10 times, the market severely punishes this.
Today, it happened again. I had a massive equity win sitting at the top, but I refused to take it. I watched the floating profit completely evaporate, and the trade ended up costing me money.
The psychological damage from that mistake pushed me straight into a negative trance. I stopped operating like a professional. I forced a revenge short, trying to win back what I lost, costing me an extra 2%—even though the trend had clearly shifted and the buys were completely obvious. You can see that rough phase on the left side.
The turning point? I forced myself to step away and went to the boxing gym.
Before leaving, I set a systematic buy order, walked away, and didn't touch a single thing. While I was burning off stress on the bags, the market did its job. As you can see by the clean blue execution line on the right side, it hit a perfect 4RR and recovered most of my losses for the day.
The day could have ended way more positive if I had just executed flawlessly this morning. But the biggest win today wasn't the 4RR at the gym—it was identifying the exact psychological trigger that is holding me back.
We stop masking fear with greed. The awareness is there. The guard stays up. 🗺️🔬

Taking a loss like a professional. 💼📉
Two days of clean wins, and today the market handed me a textbook losing trade. No ego, no frustration—just data.
Here is the breakdown of what happened on the charts:
I took my playbook Phase C edge play looking for a short. The setup was there, but the market had already pulled back deep into an Extreme zone. That Extreme held beautifully, and the Higher Timeframe was completely ready to reverse and go long, stopping me out.
I haven't even read Tom Hougaard’s Best Loser Wins yet, but the core concept is already locked in: in this game, the best loser wins at the end.
A loss is nothing more than a necessary business expense. You pay the market its fee to validate your edge, you keep the risk small, and you move on to the next setup without an ounce of emotional baggage.
The guard stays up. We follow the map, take the hits when they come, and keep stepping forward. 🥊🔬

Back-to-back clean execution on NQ. 🗺️🎯
Another day, another textbook trade where patience paid the bills. Kept the ego completely out of the equation and let the structural map do the heavy lifting.
The technical breakdown of today's short setup:
1️⃣ Liquidity Realization: Recognized that the entire upward leg was built on filled orderflow liquidity after the market failed to sustain the push at the absolute top.
2️⃣ The Shift: Waited for the market to give up structural control and confirm the reversal character. 3️⃣ The Execution: Caught the entry right on the clean Flip Zone mitigation for a high-probability Reversal Trade right into the heavy liquidation expansion.
Instead of getting greedy and over-extending, I stuck strictly to the rules of my playbook Phase D setup (Counter Swing + Counter Internal) and locked in a crisp 4RR hit on my live account.
This execution completely shifted the script on my live funding:
Live Account: Chipped away enough to be almost completely out of a drawdown on a live account that was previously as good as gone.
Next Stop: I am officially back on the verge of making a payout.
Two consecutive days of pristine execution. No over-trading, no forcing setups, and no moving targets. The discipline is locking in, the vision is clear. Time to wrap up the week and reset. 🥊🔬

The power of sticking to the map. +5RR Trade Recap 🗺️🎯
After yesterday's psychological mistake, today was all about pure execution. I let the setup come to me, took my shot, and locked it in.
Here is the exact breakdown of the execution:
1️⃣ Liquidity Sweep: Waited for the market to sweep liquidity right into the 50% structure level.
2️⃣ Market Structure Shift: Waited for a clean 1M body break to confirm institutional buyers stepped back into the arena.
3️⃣ The Entry: Caught the mitigation right at the Flip Zone, heavily protected by the 1M Strong Low.
Caught the absolute bottom of the flip zone and executed the exit perfectly at the target.
The most satisfying part? Didn't have any drawdown on this trade.
Chipping away at this 100K drawdown brick by brick. No ego. Just mechanics. 🥊🔬

Fighting a $100k drawdown and learning the true cost of greed. 🥊📉
Stepped into my first boxing class this week, and right now I’m reading a chapter a day of The Mental Game of Trading. The universe decided to test my discipline immediately.
I am currently working my way out of a drawdown on a 100K account. For the past few days, I’ve been executing flawlessly, slowly chipping away at it.
Until yesterday, when I fell right back into a classic psychological trap.
I caught a beautiful trade for a 4RR profit. Feeling good, I took a second setup that also ran up to 4RR. But instead of sticking to the map and locking it in, I got greedy. I extended my profit target.
The market doesn't care about your greed. It violently reversed.
Instead of walking away with a massive 8RR day, I ended up giving it all back and closing at +3RR. That is a 5% swing in equity wiped out because I broke my execution rules.
In a 100K account, 5% is a massive amount of cushion to just throw away. If you risk $1,000 to make $4,000, you cannot afford to let an $8,000 peak turn into a mistake. It’s the trading equivalent of dropping your guard in the ring because you think you've already won the fight—you get countered hard.
Being fully aware of your triggers is the first step, but strict execution is what keeps you alive.
The lesson is learned. The guard is back up. We continue the climb out of drawdown today, one strict trade at a time. 🗺️🔬

7 years in the family business, 30°C heat, and the illusion of fast money. 🍦💸
Spent this past weekend working our family ice cream business. It’s my second source of income, something I’ve done for over 7 years now. 30 degrees outside, suffocatingly hot inside, pushing through pure hustle.
Every single weekend, it gives me the exact reality check I need.
In trading, the digital screen makes everything feel completely surreal. You watch P&Ls swing, and your brain completely desensitizes to the numbers. They just look like points in a video game. But if you took that exact dollar amount and stacked it physically on the table in front of you, you’d realize just how massive it really is—and how hard people sweat in the real world to earn even a fraction of it.
The numbness is what makes us get sloppy. It’s what makes us ignore our rules, over-leverage, and disrespect the capital.
These past few days away from the execution buttons gave me total clarity. This game is incredibly brutal to master, and the moment you lose respect for the money, it strips it away from you.
I’m stepping back onto the charts today. No rushing, no forcing massive size, and absolutely no scaling up too quickly. We build it brick by brick, the right way this time.
The map comes first. Back to work. 🔬

Discipline without a map is just efficient wandering. 🗺️
The entire trading community is obsessed with the word "discipline." They tell you to just wake up early, manage your emotions, and stay disciplined.
But here is the hard truth: You can have all the discipline in the world, but if you don't have a map, you will just wander around the charts for hours, days, and years—completely lost.
To reach the destination, the map comes first.
Your foundational strategy, your rules, and your understanding of the market—that is your map. Discipline is simply the fuel that keeps your feet moving along the road. But if the road itself is a dead end, your discipline will just drive you off a cliff faster.
That’s why expanding your knowledge and constantly looking for even just one small thing to improve your strategy is everything. In this game, a single, tiny breakthrough—one new rule, one extra filter, one structural optimization—can be a total gold mine.
Build the foundation. Perfect the map. Then let discipline drive you there.
Back to the lab to sharpen the tools.
You cannot redesign your battlefield strategy while you are actively dodging bullets. 🛡️
For the past 3 years, I have been on the charts day in, and day out. But this week, for the absolute first time in my career, I forced myself to sit completely still without clicking a single button.
The clarity has been blinding.
When you are trading every day, you are in a state of constant war. Your nervous system is hijacked. You cannot think clearly, you cannot strategize, and you lose total control over your emotions.
I fell into the ultimate trap: repeating the same broken loop over and over again, expecting a different result. If you want something to change, you have to be the one to break the cycle. Just showing up to the charts without fixing the foundational problems is financial suicide.
Looking back, I remember how obsessed I was at the start of my career. I was a sponge—consuming knowledge from my mentor, studying courses, and tracking every detail. That obsession built the strict, small daily habits that eventually generated over $100,000+ in payouts.
But success breeds a dangerous ego. Once the big payouts hit, the learning stopped. I fell into a negative spiral of thinking I knew it all. I stopped doing the small micro-habits that built the structure in the first place.
Stepping away for just a few days has given me my control back. I’m not just rebuilding my account; I’m rebuilding the infrastructure that allows the account to exist.
If your trading is in a chaotic loop right now, step off the battlefield. The answers aren't in the next candle—they are in your routine.

The Trader’s Comeback: Day 0. ⚔️
Most people on this app only show you the winning days, the funded certificates, and the fake lifestyle. They don't show you the messy, unfiltered reality of trading or the autopsy of a destroyed mindset.
I’ve made over $100,000 in trading payouts before—the raw technical skill is there. But I let my discipline slip, relied on convenience, and let a chaotic lifestyle bleed into my execution. You cannot build a disciplined trading career on top of a low-energy, undisciplined daily routine.
Yesterday, I joined the competition hoping to kick off my comeback with a fast hero shot. Instead, I let my ego take over, over-leveraged across multiple challenges, and ended the day deep in the red—completely missing the qualifications.
It is a bitter pill to swallow, but it’s the exact reality check I needed.
So, I am enforcing a mandatory 7-day break from live charts. No live trading for the next week.
I am hitting the absolute reset button and using this time to completely restructure my life from the ground up:
• Fixing my sleep hygiene.
• Rebuilding my physical foundation in the gym and learning to meal prep clean fuel.
• Enrolling in a local kickboxing club to burn off toxic cortisol and build mental grit.
• Doing a full review on my trading strategy and rules.
I’m not here to sell you a course, a signal group, or a dream. I’m here to fix my life so I can fix my trading.
The live execution is on pause, but the work behind the scenes started. If you want to see what a real, transparent redemption arc looks like from the absolute trenches, follow the journey.
Let's rebuild⚔️.

It is officially Competition Week. Time to settle unfinished business. ⚔️
Last year, I fought my way to the finals and finished 11th—missing out on a $10,000 cash prize by just one single spot.
Shortly after that near-miss, I lost my grip on my daily discipline, let bad habits creep in, and blew up the 6-figure momentum I had built.
But the arena is open again. With the Tradeify Grand Cup active and the NinjaTrader Arena Cup underway, I am stepping back onto the battlefield. This time, I’m building a bulletproof lifestyle to back up my execution.
No more near-misses. The redemption arc starts today. Follow along to watch the daily leaderboard progress. Let’s work.

11th place — the toughest spot to finish. @NinjaTrader
Missed Top 10 and the $10K prize by one spot, but still outperformed tons of featured/top traders in a 2,586-trader field.
Small payout, big motivation.
Next time I’m breaking into that top tier. 🔥
