@jeremyct If it's part of your rental unit you shouldn't be paying for a normal wear fix. They are responsible for that fix. If you were to fix it yourself then the complex can charge you more. Saying it was not installed correctly if it was not on there log books.
Google charges for position on there search engine, and ads
Google Advertising (The Core Cash Cow)Around 75% of Google's total empire is funded by ads. According to Google, โWe make money selling ad space to businesses -- big and small, global and local.โ This system is divided into three primary buckets:
@skumWgmi If the markets collapse so will your retirement. Just need a better return for our suppose government investment to our retirement future. We need to fix it. Not get rid of it.
The major colaps will follow the end of boomer era. We have to combat this by.....not sure but a problem we need to think about. Maybe start to bring down housing cost. Adjust current home loans to reflect new prices. Give the breaks to people who have over paid for housing. Don't have to give money back. Just adjust money paid to the lower loan amount. Don't bail out corporations. Bailout people. Then the corporations will be bailed out down steam. Money flows up, never down....

Sorry but the rich use more resources. Gov wastes a lot for sure. But the rich has the lowest tax bracket than any other time we have had the internal revenue service. You should t be able to just hold money. The more rich people the less in circulation. Compounding interest creates more wealth out of thin air. Nothing really backing it. That money just gets held by banks, markets, and the person with that account. The more interest that compounds, the more the money is on the book. But not necessarily being used in a way that benefits society. So we have to print more money to balance the needs of society. Wealth is not being used fast enough to trickle down. Inflation catches most of it before it hits the working class. Costs go up because of the devaluing of the dollar. We are overspending. We can't afford big tax breaks for the rich anymore. The more wealth that is held by the few, the more worthless the dollar. It is not good we have so many millionaires and billionaires
The amount of dismissive comments is staggering.....the reason we are in this crises. Apathy thinking everything is the same as 10 to 15 years ago. Simply is not. IT IS NOT THE SAME....People that just dismiss the problem are not paying attention. You should not have to have a roommate making 30 to 60k year.
Just wait for people to fall off unemployment. Unemployment goes down....it's not because of people finding jobs...ones that out there do not want to pay current living wages. The economy is a slow moving train wreck. It's going to be worse than the 1930's if nothing is done to avoid the downward spiral.
