To do so, first manually update your MetaMask wallet to v12.0.0 in Extensions manager

1) We've created Cardano support for MetaMask

Meet 'Cardano Wallet Snap'; an open-source & audited 'Snap' that adds Cardano compatibility to MetaMask

A user can enable it in MetaMask with 1 click; it creates a Cardano account in MetaMask by deriving Cardano wallet keys from the MetaMask seed 🪄

It was developed using #ProjectCatalyst funding & its goal is to make Cardano available to millions more users

2) MetaMask users can use Cardano dApps

MetaMask users will be able to connect to Cardano dApps immediately (nothing new to download or set up on the user's side)

From a MetaMask user's POV:
i) navigate to a Cardano dApp (that is using our service)
ii) click 'Connect with MetaMask'
iii) be connected to the dApp in seconds

Our service acts as a bridge to connect the MetaMask user's Cardano account to the dApp; it also provides Cardano wallet UI for the MetaMask user (important because MetaMask can’t see Cardano blockchain, it just parses and signs the transactions)

3) Cardano teams can get ready now to onboard MetaMask users
