If you remove the human factor it stops being interesting and it looses a lot of the charm. There is a reason why I'm still captivated by a Jackie Chan movie and I start to yawn while superheroes zoom across the screen. If something is easy do archive it becomes boring.

Art and animation is about skill. The part of an appeal of art is fact that is made by humans and the awe of the skill on display. The same goes for movie stunts and special effects. Most of the movie effects feel hollow today, CGI mostly becomes boring.
