@TheCharlesDowns What the hell does he have to apologize for. He’s an American citizen broadcasting to Americans from an American city. Last I checked, free speech covers him making satirical remarks against the president.
@HermesLux@LeadingReport The lack of multinational governments or a multinational perspective led to two world wars and over 100,000,000 deaths between them. And that occurred predominantly in Europe. Isolationism, theoretically, might work well for the USA (though I strongly doubt it).
@IDFmobilites I have 2 2-day Paris travel passes on my iPhone, but it will only allow me to use one of them. How can I cancel the other pass and repurchase it?
@mlfrostmi@megynkelly@SecDuffy The federal government is not responsible for airport infrastructure, nor do you want them to be. It’s a local-state obligation (usually with substantial federal $$$ support) and that’s the way it should stay.
Hard to compare the myriad of US airports to international airports
@dj293@megynkelly Once you’re an American citizen, you’re an American Citizen. We are supposed to be all equal under the law. Last thing I think any of us want is a stratified class society/ citizenship hierarchy. Ask India how their caste system is working out
@KCBeckMusic@Imported_Fun@megynkelly Unfortunately that would be considered an “assault” that is clearly against the law. No need to risk jail time simply because your fellow Americans are exercising a right that you swore to protect and defend.
@saugarmaripuri @Oakland_1st@EmmanuelAcho None of those cops were white. If you listened to them speak, you can clearly hear the Cuban accents. It's Miami-Dade county and there are lots of Cuban police officers there. Color doesn't matter when it comes to cops on power trips.
@jacke_chris@RapSheet You actually do have rights in this country and you don’t actually lose them just because the po-po tell u to do something. Cops can be wrong too
@RapSheet They need to fire those cops. Clearly on a major power trip and have zero ability to de-escalate anything. Tyreek is lucky he didn’t get shot
Based on the fact that y’all didn’t take my “loyal customer” concerns into account in advance, I have no reason to believe you will now. I flew 162 times for 899,000 rapid rewards points last year and that didn’t even warrant a note from y’all asking for my thoughts.
@SouthwestAir so what are you going to do about your core business frequent traveler (like me) who flies numerous times a year (224 flights in pas 18mo). Am I gonna have to pay more to get a premium seat where before I was always A16-A20. #noloyaltyswa
@SouthwestAir As a business traveler, I could purchase a ticket 38 hours in advance and have a fantastic opportunity to get the great seat I wanted. Now y’all have eliminated that, just like Delta and American. This is just awful from a customer loyalty perspective
@SouthwestAir How exactly are you going to keep the companion pass system going? That was THE BEST perk in the entire industry - gone. If ur going for the “seat charge” money grab, how long will it be before you take the “Bags Fly Free” signs off the planes as well.
