@KwehEdgefx @GoatFunded Exactly. That’s what makes situations like this so frustrating. You can trade for months, pass the requirements and reach payout, then suddenly get breached over an alleged VPS issue. If they have clear evidence, traders should at least be shown exactly what triggered it.

This is exactly why I think they need to explain what their system is actually detecting as a VPS. Switching between normal Wi-Fi and mobile data can obviously result in different IP addresses. If they’re breaching traders for VPS usage, they should provide the IP/session and evidence that triggered the detection rather than just making the allegation.

@KwehEdgefx @GoatFunded @PropFirmMatch I completely understand. I just want everything handled transparently and fairly. I’ve provided evidence showing my account was purchased before the VPS rule change and I’m still waiting for a proper response. Hopefully they actually review everything properly.

@ByronStuart5550 I had the exact problem with @thinkcapitalcom last year December and they were so professional that they resolved the matter without hindering me from trading, it’s not my fault that my isp is dynamically changing my ip address without my permission. It’s a real shame!

I’d appreciate it if you could check my setup beforehand so I can trade with confidence knowing everything is compliant with your rules.
