π¨ Iβm launching my little SaaS today: SEOLadders. π¨
One platform that:
β Finds strong topics your customers actually search (and builds topical authority around them)
β Writes, optimizes & publishes SEO/AEO articles every weekday
β Builds backlinks from competitor backlinks and AI citation pages
β Tracks where ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini and Google AI Overview mention you
β Fixes onβpage & technical issues (and more)

I built SEOLadders so you can have all your SEO/GEO in one place.
π Day 2 of running my own SEO with SEOLadders.
π§ Today: topical authority.
Most AI writers pick random keywords and publish randomposts.
Google doesn't rank sites like that. It ranks sites that cover a topic in depth.
So before my agent writes anything, it decides what to write:
1. It reads my site to understand what I actually sell.
2. It picks 5 pillar topics and checks each one against real search volume.
3. It researches the keywords under each topic using real search data.
4. It picks one pillar keyword per topic. The rest become that topic's cluster.
5. It adds 6 questions per topic that people ask ChatGPT, so I'm covering AI search too. That's 30 questions in total.
Every article on my calendar now comes from these clusters.
When a cluster is fully written, it refills on its own.
So instead of 30 random posts a month, my site goes deep on 5 topics.
That's what topical authority means, and it's what Google rewards.
And its working really well , you can try it here on your product for free π

Designed this 3D motion landing page last week.
When I'm not growing SEOLadders, this is what I do for fun.
I think landing pages need to feel alive now.
Motion shows what a product does faster than any headline.
I'll be sharing more of these.
π Day 1. I just built and launched SEOladders and I'm using it to run my own SEO.
I'll share my progress here, showing one feature at a time.
βοΈ Today: article writing.
For weeks I have been refining the agent on every article it wrote. I've stopped. It's that good now.
Here's what happens before a single word is written:
It knows my whole website. Every page and every internal link, and it updates itself as the site grows.
It studies what's ranking on page 1 for the keyword and learns how those articles are structured.
The work is split across subagents, each doing one job well: research, structure, writing, internal linking, image generation and more...
The result doesn't read like generic AI text. It reads like an SEO professional wrote it.
Every day I'll show a different part of the pipeline and how it works. Follow alon

Most founders only look at their SEO when traffic drops.
By then the problem is weeks old.
Here are 7 questions to look into every week for your SEO, and how to answer each one for free.
Let's go through it.
1. What issues should I fix first?

Want ChatGPT to recommend your SaaS?
1. Ask ChatGPT "best [what you sell]"; ask in different ways as the sources sometimes varies.
2. Note who it names (potential competitors)
3. Take note of the sources (they vary each time)
4. Put competitors in a backlink checker; to find out the pages that links to them (filter for listicles)
5. Sort by traffic, skip spam pages
6. Keep the "best X" lists
Find the contacts of the authors.
Email authors to get added.
building Building https://t.co/AOpGESGTFn on the side alongside my day job has been the hardest thing for me so far
considering I donβt really get enough time to plan my marketing, etc.
But I have been planning my marketing strategy, which I will start executing this weekend.
Iβm super happy about this journey. The indie hacker journey is the hardest when youβre starting from zero.
X posts from successful indie hackers will make you think itβs easier than it is, but a lot goes into it.
So understand it takes time.
annnd yeah, I got into the Claude Startups program π
Been quiet because of the day job, and my SaaS marketing has been slow.
This weekend I fix that. Planning my marketing today
and letting Grok bot do a lot of the heavy lifting as a solo founder.
will share my updates on that soon
