What's really unprecedented is:

-A former President who illegally removes top secret classified documents and stores them in his unsecured bathroom-unprecedented

Today on arraignment day for Trump, I want to address all of the people who claim that Mar-a-Lago was secure and that no one would have seen the classified documents that Trump had, you are simply wrong.

The Trump indictment specifically says that Walt Nauta texted Trump Employee 2, “I opened the door and found this…” Nauta also attached two photographs he took of the spill. Trump Employee 2 replied “Oh no oh no,” and “I’m sorry potus had my phone.” One of the photographs that Nauta texted to Trump Employee 2 is depicted below with the visible classified information redacted. Trump was charged with unlawfully retaining this document.

So at least two individuals who legally can not see classified documents, did in fact see classified documents because of Trump's mishandling of them.

This is just one case. Trump also appears to have shown classified documents to individuals in his office, while simultaneously admitting that they were still classified.

This is why this seems to be such a solid case.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with more bad news as Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez goes on CNN and blasts him on live national TV over his arrest earlier today.

It all started when CNN was showing Trump’s live remarks after he landed in New Jersey.

Then, CNN abruptly cut him off and cut to a live interview with Ocasio Cortez. CNN host Jake Tapper explained that, “We're not carrying Trump’s remarks live because frankly he says a lot of things that are not true and sometimes potentially dangerous.”

Then, it was @AOC’s turn to speak to the American people — and she didn’t disappoint, declaring that, “When we look at Trump's first impeachment, he used and was unafraid to leverage the power of the US government in an attempt to engage in an extortion scheme in Ukraine. I do not think we could rule out him trying to engage in transactional behavior.

She continued, exposing Trump, “During Trump’s remarks he was trying to somehow pin this as some great marxist conspiracy. But the fact of the matter remains that this is an individual who retained national security secrets, nuclear site locations, sensitive materials, and put our nation at risk.”
