@GetSpectrum my internet is down...have wifi, small business, use it for streaming, zoom for meetings, movies...quite a bit for family and biz. So is not good that it has been down twice in one week... seriously starting to consider if need to go back to U-verse... ☹️ Thank u 🙋

@MicrosoftHelps Hi Mel, yes, still need help. Am paying for Microsoft 360 but am unable to log in...have tried to reset the password but it has some old account information and will not allow me to proceed. So that is a bummer.
