August 2023 - @BasementRon a financial blogger on YouTube, uses the term "Unicorn Fart Dust" in the context of cryptocurrencies for the first time, referring to them as "worthless" compared to traditional assets like gold and silver. This statement goes viral in the cryptocurrency community, laying the foundation for the later meme project.

2024:
December 17, 2024 - UFD is officially launched on the Solana platform via Pumpfun. Ron Branstetter announces it on his YouTube channel, where he shows the process of creating the token, which attracts the attention of both critics and cryptocurrency meme enthusiasts.
