No, it's a shame the SEC sued @ripple after over 8 years of trying to work with them. It's a shame that @JohnEDeaton1 had to sue the SEC on behalf of 66K+ XRP holders...but the real shame is that @DigitalChamber@PerianneDC have done ZERO to help. No brief. No threads. Nothing.
#XRPHolders arenโt the only ones upset about the delays. @EMPOWR_us isnโt going away. The internet ๐ต๏ธ sleuths arenโt going away. The people on the SEC email list should be concerned. I imagine they want this case over. More journalists are getting wind of a BIG financial story.
The SEC Investigated @ripple for 30 months according to @JohnEDeaton1 and was able to come up with ZERO instances of fraud.
When is the SEC going to investigate the ETH founders and all their orgs? I bet dimes to donuts ( @novogratz style) that it would be much more interesting.
@Chayenn72766251 It depends what the drug is.. If its crack there's a high chance they may need rehab.. If its weed then, they need to change their routine.. If highly recommended gym, it sounds like a simple solution but once the gym habit kicks it will replace
โThe best conclusion was that the SEC gave ether a โfree passโ and that the same logic if applied to XRP would make it a currency. Ripple never had an ICO and its network was fully built and decentralized before a single token sale took place.โ

๐จ"Such brazen conduct is business as usual at the SEC. Outraged investors and consumers now seek justice in court, providing the reckoning that Congress should have imposed." @RoslynLayton on the wider disgrace found or still hiding in the Hinman emails๐
